 Work with the business user to understand the problem, and resolve quickly to maintain the support SLA
Creates reports and dashboards for Business & leadership consumption
Maintains user roles, security profiles, workflow rules, and other system configuration options within SFDC.
Documents processes and creates documents to communicate processes
Maintains high levels of data integrity and manages flow of data and processes
Applies and acquires business and product knowledge in the performance of assigned projects and other tasks as designated by the Business application support Manager
