2+ years of experience in creating Web Apps
Command over tools such as Photoshop, CorelDraw, InDesign, Illustrator
In-depth knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3, JQuery, Java Scripts, Flash & CMS
Conceptual understanding of User Interface Design and the Design Process
Should have a good eye for aesthetics: layout, grid systems, color theory, typography, detailing and work diligently in ensuring cross browser compatibility on various OS.
