Hrs- Location- Mumbai - Corporate officePurpose of the position- IT - information technology-
coordinators serve as the links between external IT support and end- users- as well perform general
administrative tasks that help to ensure the smooth functioning of an organization- s- This
position establishes and cultivates healthy working relationships with vendors- senior management
and account teams- Works through enhancements and industry changes- evaluates results- risks and
issues- and reports results to senior management- Manager will play a key role in vendor sourcing-
selection- negotiation- implementation and transition- Responsibilities - duties1- Provide IT
technical and operational direction to key vendors- ensuring that IT Infrastructure service
requirements are met at all times- 2- In consultation with IT Sourcing- IT Vendor Management
Office- and Legal effectively negotiate with vendors during the sourcing selection process and
ongoing contract and relationship management- 3- Partner with business operational stakeholders-
the Vendor Management Office- Legal- Finance- and senior management to establish- monitor and
remediate vendor service level agreements- performance metrics and customer service expectations
and standards- 4- Develop key collaborative relationships with vendor- s leadership and account
team to promote effective vendor performance- service delivery and ongoing relationships- 5-
Proactively plan for operational impacts on vendor and partners with internal business stakeholders
and vendor to ensure successful performance management- i- e- effectively planning for Company
annual sales and renewal cycles- 6- Manage work of Vendor Benefit Liaisons and other igned ociates
responsible for day- to- day vendor issue tracking and resolution- 7- Evaluate vendor offerings and
marketplace to identify value- added options- best practices and emerging trends and make
recommended changes to vendor outsourcing approach- Academic - trades qualificationGraduates should
be able to demonstrate their interest in computers and IT- and a postgraduate IT conversion course
can be useful- Work experience - skills1- 2- 3 years of experience in the field or in a related
area- 2- Sound knowledge of IT operations and infrastructure matters providing the required skills
for planning and negotiations with the relevant vendors- 3- Prior vendor management experience with
demonstrated knowledge of dealing with vendor contracts- vendor management principles and Service
Level Agreements- 4- Demonstrated ability to develop- execute and manage and influence negotiation
strategies- 5- Ability to deliver organizational value through the management of capabilities
delivered by external vendor partners- 6- Strong written and verbal communication skills-
