Position Requirements/Technical Skills:
BS Computer Science or equivalent
Familiar with telecom wholesale voice and data services including ASR/LSR orders, USOC mapping and CLEC processes
Strong data mapping skills
Strong analytical skills
Good knowledge of MS Office including Excel
Basic SQL querying skills
Experience with inflight order processes and handling
Experience with ATT wholesale products and services
Must be able to work in fast paced environment and meet complete date commitments
